Exchanges and returns
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you can do so up to 10 calendar days after the delivery date. The product must be in perfect condition and unused for hygiene reasons, sealed as received. No exchanges are made on personalized products.
If the product is used, it will not be exchanged.
If you want to request a change, you must contact us at purpuritadesign@outlook.com and tell us your name, order reference and the reasons why you want to change the item. Once we have checked the status of the item, we will provide you with a shipping address.
You must send the item in the same packaging in which it was wrapped, including everything that was inside it.
* For returns, we recommend sending it by agency or certified mail to avoid loss or misplacement. If this happens, Purpurita Design is not responsible and we will not be able to process the return.
If you make an exchange, you must do so for an item of equal or greater cost than the one you originally purchased.
If you wish to make a return, the full price of the product will be refunded once it has been received and verified that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you and has not been used. Once verified, the exact amount of the products will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
Shipping costs (outbound and return) are the responsibility of the customer who wants to return or exchange the product. Except in the case of a proven defect in the product, which is covered by Purpurita Design, as long as the item is not used and has all the seals.
In that case Purpurita Design is NOT responsible for the item.
Express shipping costs (round trip and return) will be paid in advance to collect the item to be exchanged and subsequently ship the new item.
If an item arrives incorrectly, you must notify us within 48 hours or less and send us an email attaching a photograph of the item.
RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. It is mandatory that you attach a photograph of the damaged item.
The Purpurita Design team will contact you as soon as possible and will tell you the steps you must follow to send the item to be returned. Afterwards, once all the steps have been followed, we will send you the same product free of charge. The damaged item must be sent in the same packaging and seal in which it was sent.
The damaged item must be collected within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. After these 7 days have elapsed, the return cannot be made.
