CANARY ISLANDS
Shipments to the Canary Islands - Include ID number in notes for customs

PORTUGAL
- Purchases over €60 : FREE SHIPPING

EUROPEAN UNION:

- Important: UK and Switzerland orders: Please write your ID number in the shipping details during checkout.
- Any import charges or tariffs at destination are the responsibility of the customer.
The transport company does not work on weekends.
For reasons beyond Purpurita Design's control, deliveries may be delayed. If you have any questions, you can check the status of your order by emailing purpuritadesign@outlook.com or sending a DM on Instagram.
Please note that during periods of high demand such as Christmas, sales or Black Friday, it may take one or two days to process your order. We therefore recommend that you place your order in advance during these periods.
Furthermore, Purpurita Design does not guarantee the delivery of the product within the delivery time agreed in the table in the event of incidents caused by causes external to the brand, such as weather conditions, office closures due to Covid-19, or any other incident directly related to the courier company. We work with several transport companies.
When sending the order, we send a confirmation email with the shipment tracking number where you can track it instantly.
ABSENCE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE AT THE COURIER OFFICE.
Purpurita Design will not be responsible for any orders that are returned due to undeliverable items, or for errors in addresses, or for orders not being picked up at the courier office after 15 days.
In the event that this happens and the customer wants the order to be resent, the customer must pay the new shipping costs. Once the customer pays these costs, the package will be resent to the address indicated to us.
